Located in the Southside of Jacksonville, Jax Bread Co. is a local artisan bakery with a passion for traditional craft baking and cooking with fresh ingredients. Jax Bread Co. had it’s humble beginnings from the kitchen of its Owner & Executive Chef, Nana Hammond, graduate of The International Culinary Center (the formerly known French Culinary Institute). Nana has over a decade of experience in her craft and loves to create unpretentious and simple food that hits your palate in a big way!

You will enjoy rustic and flavorful NY Style Bagels, a variety of French Sourdough Breads, Artisan Sourdough Pizzas and Pastries made with Unbleached / Unbromated Flour with no added preservatives or additives. Our delicious Sandwiches are carefully curated with natural ingredients.

All our menu offerings are made from scratch in our open-plan kitchen.
